How often should I use this mask?+
Once a week is the sweet spot for 4a–4c. If your hair is high-porosity or chemically treated, you can go twice a week for the first month. Most customers settle into a weekly rhythm.
Is this a protein or moisture mask?+
It's a nourishing hair mask, infused with burdock root extract, nettle and walnut. It contains everything your hair needs to stay nourished and support healthy growth — while adding shine and definition.
Can I leave it on overnight?+
No need. 15–30 minutes under a plastic or heat cap is what the formula was designed around. Leaving it on longer doesn't make it work better — it just uses up product.
What's the shipping time to all European countries?+
